Using the platform

You use Qosie to configure agents, Brains, connections and workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy of instructions, sources and access permissions.

Agents and output

AI output may contain errors. Critical or sensitive processes must include review, escalation or other appropriate checks.

• Test workflows before deploying them widely
• Use evaluations to detect regressions
• Limit tools to what the agent needs

Integrations

The terms of connected services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your own APIs also apply.

Availability and support

We provide support based on the selected engagement. Separate agreements on response times, monitoring and change management can be made for managed deployments.
