Workflow examples

From a question to completed work.

These examples show how you can set up Qosie. They are not customer case studies or measured results: you choose the knowledge, tools and approvals for your process.

How it works · example

A customer wants to know how returns work.

  1. The request

“How do I return my order?” The question reaches your support agent.

  2. The work

The agent looks up the return policy in its connected Brain: the collection of business information you have made available.

  3. The result

An answer based on that policy. Processing a return requires a suitable tool and the right access permissions.

First configure the agent, connect the relevant documents and test the answers. Decide separately which actions need approval in advance.

Sales: follow up on a conversation

Have an agent summarise a conversation and prepare a follow-up email. With a suitable CRM connection, it can also update a note; sending and editing follow the permissions you configure.

Marketing: prepare content

Use Studio to research content and create images or videos. Review the result before downloading it or using it elsewhere.

Internal questions: find the right source

A colleague asks how a process works. The agent searches the business information you have connected and can point to the source it used.

Recurring work: repeat a set of steps

A playbook is a saved set of steps, such as gathering information and preparing a report. You choose how it starts and which tools its steps may use.

Choose one task that comes up often. We will work out which information and connections it needs.
