Help with your first setup

Start with one task for your agent.

An agent is an AI assistant with a defined task. Here is what you need to configure before it can work with your information.

How it works · example

Your first agent answers questions about your business.

  1. Give it a task

Create an agent and describe what it should answer. Explain when it should avoid answering or ask for help.

  2. Add knowledge

Create a Brain, add relevant documents and wait for processing to finish. Give the agent access to this knowledge base.

  3. Test the result

Ask a real customer question and one whose answer is missing. Check the responses and adjust the knowledge or instructions if needed.

Start by answering questions. To carry out actions as well, connect the required tools and configure their permissions.

An answer is missing or incorrect

Check that the document has been processed, that the agent has access to the right Brain and that the source contains the answer. Then test the same question again.

An action fails

Check that the connection is active and the agent can use the tool. Look in the task history for an error. Share it with support along with your question; do not send passwords.
